Slave Labor Adds Titles to Downloadable Comics

Newsarama reports that Slave Labor Graphics has added more titles to their downloadable comics list.

Slave Labor's entry into the "pay per webcomic" market is something I'd like to write more on (or get someone else to write about!) - they're getting a lot of positive buzz from what I guess I'll call the "indie comic book" crowd (SLG's traditional niche) and it will be interesting to see what SLG makes of it. It is interesting to me that long-time webcomic creators and publishers are moving back away from such transactional models a more traditional print publisher is jumping in.

Ignatz Nominees For Online Comic Announced

The nominees for the Ignatz awards are out and up for the Outstanding Online Comic category are:

Renee French's entry was published on Serializer.net (and nowhere else as far as I can tell). Since serializer.net is still down hopefully publisher Joey Manley can give Ms. French a link to a temporary locaton for the comic.
