It seems like BLC has books popping up everywhere... even on TV! Viewers of the CBS hit comedy How I Met Your Mother may have even noticed Alyson Hannigan with her copy of “Pure Ducky Goodness” in last night’s episode.

“Pure Ducky Goodness” – the first book of Dave Kellett's Sheldon, collecting the very best of the first three years of the comic strip -- is only one of a handful of new books being premiered by BLC at the New York Comic Convention. Also being unveiled:

-- "Melonpool VI: Not Firing on All Thrusters," a Melonpool collection by Steve Troop
-- “A Terrifying Breach of Protocol,” A Starslip Crisis collection by Kristofer Straub.
-- “Eyes of Liquid Rage,” An Ugly Hill collection by Paul Southworth.
-- “Courting Disaster, Vol. 1,” A Courting Disaster collection by Brad Guigar, collects all of the "CD" comics through Jan. 2006 in a 39-page, full-color volume.
-- "Counting Wrongs," a 140-page collection of Greystone Inn strips by Brad Guigar with the cartoonist's commentary under each strip.

Guigar, Kellett, Southworth, Straub, and Troop will be at the BLC booth (Number 177), meeting fans, signing books, and doing sketches.

They will be joined by webcomics great, Jonathon Rosenberg of Goats, for a rousing panel discussion on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.

The New York Comic Con is Feb. 24-26 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York, NY.
