What happens when you combine aliens, high-powered ammunition, and hundreds of rubber duckies in a seriously enclosed space—with a seriously cracked crew? Miles from help, the crew of the Apollo 9 has to deal with the wackiest threat yet!
Apollo 9 is a weekly anthro comic with over 40 pages in their archives.
Take a trip out into the History-Plains of the Unfolded Earth in a surreal story of high-insanity in the Old West. Complete with talking horses, supernatural gunplay and one very lost goldfish.
Now on sale at E-merl.com, hypercomics innovator Daniel Merlin Goodbrey’s latest foray into original print comics is guaranteed to be just as weird his webcomic work, but features 100% more paper! And two staples!
College Roomies From Hell! creator Maritza Campos is suffering from the beginning stage of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and is trying to raise money to buy a drawing tablet to change her online drawing habits so she can minimize the repetitive motions involved in coloring her comic.
In addition to switching to a tablet, Maritza is reducing her output to lessen the stress on her hand. Instead of seven days a week of color comics, she's switching to five (Mon - Fri).
If you do want to help, a minimum of $5.00 is requested so Paypal fees don't significantly devalue the donation.

InkSwell, Jeff Cioletti's new documentary on the indie comic book scene, will premiere at San Diego Comic-Con on Sunday, July 25, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. in room 4 of the San Diego Convention Center. InkSwell probes some of the creative minds responsible for indie comic books' subversive edge. It features interviews with Evan Dorkin (Milk and Cheese, Dork), Bob Burden (Flaming Carrot, Mystery Men) and James Kochalka (Monkey vs. Robot), and captures the conception, creation, publication and promotion of an issue of Gabagool, by its writer and artist, Chris Radtke and Mike Dawson.
Also appearing in the Film is the NY/NJ based Small Press Team, CrazeeComics. While at the Empire Fan Fest, last April, Jeff Cioletti and his team approached the new Company interested in their view of the Indy market. Creator's Samuel Vera and Jorge Medina discuss their goals and vision for CrazeeComics.
Jeff will present a Q&A following the screening. Promotional artwork by Mike Dawson.

The Fear Mongers concludes today, July 9, 2004. The serialized graphic novel has been a weekly feature at Modern Tales, with story and art by Joe Zabel. The archive of 43 episodes will remain available to Modern Tales subscribers .
The Fear Mongers is a recreation of a 'lost episode' of the 1960's science fiction television show The Trespassers. The suspenseful episode focused on a patient in a mental hospital, a former astronaut whose paranoid hallucinations betray a terrifying reality.
Zabel's next effort for Modern Tales will be an anthology series titled House of Paradox, which is scheduled to premiere August 6, 2004.
