I was lucky enough to do a photoshoot with awesome photographer Seth Kushner yesterday for his New York Graphic Novelists series! We managed to convince his dentist to let us shoot in his office, and it was the first time I've ever been in a dentist's office without having to deal with novocaine, pointy buzzing tools, or bleeding gums! Dr. Sherman keeps a parrot and a pug in the office for his guests to hang out with. It was an entirely pleasant experience.

Bandwagon time.

It's fun posting this list because it tends to surprise people who know I'm a vegetarian with a lot of food allergies, and am picky. But I scored 45/100, and a lot of those things are pre-veggie...and in the case of PB&J sandwiches, pre-peanut allergy. :)

Aww. We had a CRAZY hailstorm and it pretty much took out my herb garden, and killed my (salvaged!) tomato plant once and for all.

Briefly!

I'm home! I've been on the west coast for the past 15 days, and away from LJ the whole time. Getting caught up on what's happening with the friends I didn't see at Comic Con, and re-adjusting to living with humidity.

My trip was amazing, starting with seeing my family, showing some French dudes around the redwoods, and being a bridesmaid for my bestest friend. Then I moved things south, had a great con, ate way too many tasty waffles, and fell in love with comics and their people all over again. Pictures forthcoming.

Are you guys paying attention to the TV Guide this week? If you are, then you might know that all this week Nickelodeon is airing the FINAL EPISODES of Avatar: The Last Airbender, starting tonight and finishing with a two-hour finale on Saturday!
