It had to happen! The Dark Nebula vs The Southern Squadron!

Hot on his return to Earth after his Trial on the planet Caileu, the Dark Nebula finds himself hunted by The Southern Squadron. How could this be when he's only been away for only 3 weeks? What could possibly put The Dark Nebula on the top of The Squadron's hit list with a bullet? The answer will astound you. The clues have been peppered in 'The Trial of the Dark Nebula' but nothing can prepare The Dark Nebula for his homecoming.

Keeping it real, 'Welcome Home', starting this week only at http://www.thedarknebula.com

The Southern Squadron & The Golden Age Southern Cross' in 'Crossover'

How do you have two characters with the same name in the same adventure even though their careers are 50 years apart? Find out when The Southern Squadron's Southern Cross & The Golden Age Southern Cross encounter the same foe in the same place in 'Crossover'.

This little tale is a real charmer & avoids cliches - & remains true to characters of both features.

'Crossover', starting this week at http://www.thedarknebula.com

The Trial of The Dark Nebula concludes (& the outcome is not what you expect)

Round one of the Trial of The Dark Nebula has gone to Cerellus & his fellow Caileuans (almost sounds like a rock band). Mark Medula has lost his struggle with Cerellus for predominance over his own body. He is now a prisioner within his own subconscious, en-route to Cerellus'home planet, Caileu, for trial & final judgement. All looks bleak for The Dark Nebula & the Earth - or does it? Nothing short of a miracle can rescue this situation. It's fortunate that 'the impossible' is just another day in the office for The Dark Nebula.

'Gainfully Employed' - a solo adventure of Lt Smith of the Southern Squadron illustrated by the legendary Paul Gulacy

Southern Squadron fans are being treated to some great 'spotlight' stories of the various Squadron members, The Dingo in 'Little Sister' illustrated by Glenn Lumsden & Lt Smith in 'Gainfully Employed', illustrated by comics legend & veteran Paul Gulacy. This will be followed by 'Crossover' which features both the Golden Age & Modern Age Southern Cross. If you've never checked out The Southern Squadron now's the time to do so & for those long-time fans Down Under who love the Squadron dearly they've never looked better than now in full colour.

Everything kicks into high gear: The Trial of The Dark Nebula

It's often said it's always darkest before the dawn - truer words have never been spoken when it comes to The Trial of The Dark Nebula.

In the events that led to the creation of The Dark Nebula, a champion of Life, created by Death, Mark Medula & the alien Cerellus of Caileu killed one another, with both being reborn in Mark Medula's body, while Cerellus remained a disembodied spirit in the recesses of Mark's mind.

The Southern Squadron - 'doin The Walrus Rock

Southern Squadron - Walrus Rock

The Southern Squadron have faced off against The Dark Nebula's arch nemesis The Grandstander in 'Behind Bars' & now it's time to square the ledger as they pursue him to the isolated Walrus Rock where things may not be as they seem & they encounter more than meets the eye.

As a bonus, there are the events that lead to this encounter, The Bi-Centennial Ball, where anyone who's anyone is in attendance & the Squadron are on security detail, ensuring everyone's safety - or at least that's supposed to be the plan.

The Dark Nebula - lost in The Chaos War?

Round one of The Chaos War has gone to the living embodiment of Chaos, with Mark Medula trapped powerless in the past, as is Cerellus in the distant future.

Having long-yearned for separation it seems that the only way to overcome Chaos is to somehow reunite to become The Dark Nebula once again - or will our hapless heroes find themselves locked in combat with one another if they do somehow come face to face?

The Southern Squadron delve into the mystery of 'The Tasmanian Devil File'

On the tail for their foray in the land of 'The Long Black Cloud' (sorry, that's the Nightfighter's name for it, not mine), the Southern Sqaudron investigate the mystery of the Tasmanian Devil, as it's called. Narrated by Adam West, the mighty Nightfighter, Bertram Davis, The Southern Cross & Costas Borgus, The Dingo, this Lt. Smith solo adventure explores a dock-side mystery in the Tasmanian capital of Hobart amidst sightings by drunken sea-men, a suspicious fishing vessel & an inquiry by a one-eyed American soldier/spy.
