good news

Hey all, I've got some good news. I'm bringing back Taking Up Space AND keeping Todd and Penguin, both which will run 3 days per week.

I can't say much more about the hows and whys just yet, but I will say that in order to do it right, I needed to do some major work on both of the websites. I worked on them much of Saturday. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't feeling well (caught what I had, it seems) so I was watching Baby Wright much more than I normally do on Sunday, so I wasn't able to finish either the comics or the websites in time to update tonight.

Just watched the first episode of Season 2 of Torchwood and it would seem the show presented a problem which went unresolved.

**A bit of a spoiler ahead, though I have tried to be vague enough so it won't really give away the main plotline. Still, if you've not yet watched the episode, you might want to avoid reading the following.

This video on Yahoo Fitness, 'Understanding my food issues helped me lose weight' is too funny. Before you can view the video, you have to sit through an embedded advertisement for Reese's candy!

While it may be unintentional, my cynical side says it's likely rather intentional and that this is simply one more bit of evidence that companies claiming to offer advice for losing weight are only served if YOU STAY FAT.

Wednesday's comic

As some of you may guessed from prior posts, and a lack of updates for a full week, I've been amazingly busy. Oftentimes, the comic suffers because I don't have the time needed to do it well or as often as I want.

Today, I had the luxury of being able to take an hour lunch, during which I was able to get some comic-related writing done. I think Wednesday's comic is one of the funnier ones because I was able to spend more time on the setup...

...and because it's gross.
