A shout-out to cartoonists who like Secret Santa exchanges: I am running a Web Comic Secret Santa Exchange and registration is now open for 2010. So, if you would like to draw a gift comic/image, receive a gift comic/image, and maybe find a few new fun comics to add to your reading list, then come check it out.
Details, including rules and how to sign up, are available at my Web Comic Secret Santa Exchange 2010 site. Thanks and have fun!
Manga Noir

I think it’s best for webcomic creators to maintain a blog, but since I work slow and tend not to bitch about the little things everyone else does it doesn’t pay for me to do something weekly so I’m going to try and make this a quarterly blog.
First off, I’ve gotten a few of these comments in the past, but I’ve started to get them again so looking back at my art work I find apparently my comics have a noir pulpy feel. I was never actually trying for this; I was just going for a manga feel, but I’ll take it. It’s not like manga and noir haven’t been blended before its just isn’t done that often.
Well, this is awkward...

Nice to see that the ol' username and password combo still works. When I discovered that the Small Press Expo was taking place in my neck of the woods, I thought of this place for some reason, back when I wrote reviews in the world of webcomicry. Back when I read a ton of webcomics a day as opposed to about three a week. There are some webcomics I used to frequent that I haven't checked in several months. Not for any particular reason, they just slipped down my list of priorities.

It's official, I'm off Keenspot. I know there's been a lot of debate about Keenspot and the way they've handled things, but I can't say that I have any complaints. For me the issue was the comics that I loved and respected, the one's that made me proud to be a part of Keenspot had all left. So there really wasn't any motivation to stick around.
It is a bit scary and intimidating, but I'm looking forward to starting fresh and doing some things differently. Most importantly I'm consolodating all of my comic works to a central hub, Entire Prise Enterprises. Stop by and see what's new.
It's still here and there.

My ComixTALK account still exists. Also some of the artwork from my recent show at The Intolerant Gallery is being held over for August.
