Here's the deal: Submit a breif written description and a sketch of a new character to me at blooptoon@aol.com by August 30, 2006. The winner will have his / her character appear in an upcoming episode of BOOP, a by line next to mine a a contributing artist and a FREE subscription to the BLOOP website at www.webcomicsnation.com/blooptoon. All submissions will be posted on my Fan Art pag, so even if you don't win you'll still get some publicity!
