The HB Comic-Blog is back after a two year haitus, Mondays at Webcomics Nation. I'm not sure this is worthy of mention, but I'm excited about it.

After returning to the world of teaching, I found it nearly impossible to balance web-comics and teaching. I reluctantly quit doing the art chores on Smithson (which I loved and still read)and put Journey Into History:Isle of Demons on the shelf (it'll be back with new pages later this summer).

Well, I couldn't let it all go. I now understand that comics are something I have to do in life rather than make money at, and that's a refreshing change for me. Thanks to all the creators at MOCCA and the students in the Graphic Novel Club at New Canaan High School for helping get me back into this artform I love.

Thanks for taking a look at my work and for your kind words over the past several years of my on-again, off-again comic-ing.
