 Kent Twitchell gets $1.1 million in mural settlement

This is good news and a good ruling for public artists. And, a good indicator that I've clearly been going about this whole mural thing wrong.

You can move murals actually (at least in a lot of cases) -- I learned that in a former job years ago.  And California covers murals in its visual art protection act.
