pcweenies.org reborn!

pcweenies.org has been dismantled and rebuilt from the ground-up using the ComicPress / Wordpress engine. Stop by daily for a look back at the 10 year history of The PC Weenies. What you'll see: lots of embarrassingly bad sketches that heralded the beginning of the strip, archived comics from yesteryear, alternate B-side strips, a director's commentary, and much, much more.

And for all the latest PC Weenies comics, please check out pcweenies.net

PC Weenies to Debut in Singapore Newspaper

This week, The PC Weenies are expected to make their print and electronic debut in The Straits Times - within the Digital Life section, published every Wednesday. The Straits Times is not only the highest selling newspaper based in Singapore -  with a circulation of about 400,000 (based on Wikipedia), but it’s also the oldest newspaper of any kind in Singapore - first established in 1845!

The Approach to Making Single panel comics vs Multi-panel comics

I've had some time to hash out some of the differences when it comes to writing for single panel vs. multi-panel comics, since I've made the switch to a multi-panel format with PC Weenies.

Writing for both is vastly different and I explore how I approach both formats. Thoughts and comments appreciated.

Looking Back Through 2007

In years past (2004, 2005) we undertook the monumental chore of picking out the biggest headlines of the year. This year, I took another swing at it. So without further adu, here's the biggest webcomic headlines of 2007.

If I missed a story you think was key to this year, please post it in the comments to this article.
