This 1981 2001 animation by Michael Levy to Coltraine music is cool. And it's from 1981. Wow.

Not a webcomic, of course :)

1981?

... Are you sure it's from 1981? At the end of the animation I thought I saw "2001", and the info also says "Made with MAYA" which surely was not around in 1981...?

Whether I got the link from - can't remember now - it was described as from 1981. I'm sure that in putting it on the web it had to have been imported into another format so that might be the reason for the later date. Or I could have gotten suckered... :)
