Matt Trepal has been involved in the webcomics community for over three years, first as a reader and then as the creator of the online strip Fight Cast Or Evade. He considers his taste in comics, both online and in print, to transcend many genre lines. Whether or not this qualifies him to comment on the efforts of others remains to be seen, but people a lot more well-known than him considered him worth listening to. He is somewhat embarrassed by the trust placed in him, but is struggling mightily to live up to it.
