Biography: Max Vaehling is a German comics author and self-publisher. He has created his own vision of superhero, fantasy and horror in various titles and has been dubbed "uncrowned king of underground comics". Which he considers more flattering than descriptive, but still enjoys quoting. His comics "Conny Van Ehlsing, Monster Hunter" and the forthcoming "Codename: Olga" are now re-published in English on his Webcomics Nation site.
