DrunkDuck To Appear in More Conventions

Encouraged by the success at Wizard World in LA, Platinum Studios will be organizing more DrunkDuck Artist Alleys this year in three other Wizard World conventions. These three Wizard World Events will be at Philadelphia, Chicago, and Texas.
Although they are still at the preliminary stages of planning, it is most likely going to follow the same format as before. For Wizard World LA, interested DrunkDuck artists were offered free tables and a chance to meet with fellow DrunkDuckers.

I'm going to endeavor to help get that going as well. I've been going to that show for nigh on a decade, so I may be able to push and shuv a little.

I sat in the back during the San Diego panel on Clickwheel. Mostly to rest my legs. Then I was sitting along the wall in San Diego while you were chatting it up with Chad Diez, and I was just ease dropping in the shadows like a ninja. -- I'll likely be there though pushing HBN, so definitly, let's hang.

Oh, I wasn't exactly suggesting that Boxcar horn in on your table set up. But if we can coordinate our table application submissions, maybe Drunk Duck and Boxcar could reserve a set of tables next to each other!

We're keeping actual table space to Drunk Duck people (and associates) but I'm totally down for looking at including you guys with other events we are planning or a meet up. This is all about web comic artists coming out and having a good time and exchanging ideas. thankies for the invite!

I would be very interested in leveraging any attempts to organize a web comic presence at the Wizard World conventions.
Myself, Zach Miller from Joe and Monkey, Mitch Clem from San Antonio Rock City, Joe Dunn from Joe Loves Crappy Movies and Gordon McAlpin from Multiplex (all of us are with Boxcar comics, by the way) have all been gathering together at Wizard World Chicago for the last few years. We always take care to make sure we're seated next to each other on Artist's Alley.
This year I am trying to organize a web comics panel discussion at Wizard World Chicago. Maybe DrunkDuck and Boxcar can team up?
