Site Upgrade Update

A brief note - I upgraded this site's backend software to Drupal 5.1 last night. Most things work the same although I hit a snag with incorporating the WYSIWYG editor so for now you'll have to use html to write posts and comments. Should have it fixed soon though! (If you see anything else weird be sure to post here or email me at xerexes at comixpedia dot com).
Occasional sidebar problems

Seen in Firefox, some pages lose part of the text under the left-hand navigation bar. Strang's blog is an example. Internet Explorer shows it okay, and other pages seem fine in both browsers.

I'm confused about the

I'm confused about the current Wysiwyg option - it looks the same as the "filtered HTML", and I can't find any editing controls. The instructions for them both look pretty much identical too.

The WYSIWYG editor is currently broken until I update the theme. So it is going to seem just liked the filtered HTML option until then.
