We've been running Blog Ad-served ads on the left-hand column for a couple of years now. They always run a survey to try and collect data on readership(s) to better match up blogs and advertisers. I've spared you all until now, but I'd be grateful if you could spare a few minutes and click on this link to take our survery over at the Blog Reader Project.

I took it, but I have to wonder about its effectiveness. Do I floss everyday? my car? I find it hard to relate some of this back to a site about webcomics. The stuff of education levels, age, etc., do make some sense of getting a feel for the demographics of this site, though.

Xaviar, why is your survey so concerned with how much I drink? I appreciate it's concern, but maybe it should try being me for a day AND QUIT NAGGING ME BECASUE IT HAS NO IDEA WHAT KIND OF STRESS I HAVE TO DEAL WITH! DOES THAT SURVEY THINK THIS INTERNET WILL RUN ITSELF? BECASUE IT WON'T I CAN TELL YOU THAT!

That was the longest online survey I can remember. I answered 159 questions--although, to be fair, I did offer to answer several sets of bonus questions.

I think a lot of it is optional, so it can be much shorter (I did it in around 5 minutes)
