It is "new material" if you've only seen the TV episodes, but this is the Cowboy Bebop movie that came out last year as "Knockin' on Heaven's Door" and has been availible on DVD here for quite some time.

Also, it is wonderful. Even if you haven't seen the TV show.

I'd hope people who've watched the TV episodes have bought the DVDs. :P They're so much better uncut.. and without MISSING entire episodes. Fortunately, there's a theatre in Dallas showing it,... saw Princess Monoke and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon when it was limited, in it. :)
