The current state of my workspace

So I was sitting here, trying to fix my brother-in-laws laptop, transferring some files off my buddy Calvin’s PC to back up for him and trying to finish Friday’s comic thinking to myself ‘gosh dangit there’s a lot of computers on my desk’. Then I thought I should make a picture post and SHARE with you, the reader, what the current state of my work space is. Because for all intent and purposes this IS where y2cl is created.
My desk
This is my desk. Notice the dual monitors, the dual laptops. The elegant piles of paper everywhere. The laptop on the far left is what I create y2cl on, the other is my wife’s brothers that I am de-virusing for him. That hat on the wall? It’s my leather STL hat. That green and black book on the FAR right? That’s my bible. Moving on.
The ones you see here are images from under my desk, In the first one you see 2 computers but there are actually 3 there. Behind the front one is my media server (which is being replaced by the front one). The one to the right is my sisters, which I need to fix. The last on is my main PC, that is ancient by computer standards.
The View from my desk
Yup, that’s the Web Comic Planet chat room open up on the right monitor and on the left is Ubuntu linux doing some file transferring. That left monitor is on a selector to switch between computers. Pretty handy if you ask me. Oh, that selector also switches my keyboard and mouse. And yes, that is a 42″ HDTV in the background with a ps3 behind it. In that cabinet is the 360 and the Wii.
My wifes desk
Just to be fair, this is my wife’s desk. Notice the ‘mess’. Now to be fair to her, we are ‘cleaning’ and a lot of things got set there.
My Sons' Desk
And just for funzies here is a picture of my sons desk that sits next to mine.
And now you have look inside my little ‘world’ in which I create y2cl. Use it for evil.
