Movie fun with Hangeul

Korean film distibutors have been doing a pretty awesome job of retitling Hollywood movies for their Korean releases.

Last month, "Marley and Me" (the Jennifer Aniston/cute dog family movie) came to Korea. When converting that to the Korean alphabet, because of the whole "r and l being the same character" thing Marley became "Mari".
"and" in Korean is "wa"
"me" in Korean is "na"

So the movie title became "Mariwana"

Friday, "Push" came out.
There's no letter for "sh" so you have to use "s"
And you can't have "s" at the end of a syllable, or it becomes "t"
So you need to start a new syllable, and each syllable needs a vowel.
The standard vowel sound to add where there isn't a vowel in the original word is "ee"

So the movie became "Pussy"
