Check out Meetup.com to get the details on the next meeting of the Washington Webtoonists. This group just got started by T Campbell this fall and seems wide open to become whatever local webcomic creators want it to be.
UPDATE: Okay, I'm confused - is the NoVa group the same as WW or a different group? NoVa is meeting December 1st in Manasas. WW is meeting December 7th in Fairfax. I guess they're different!
