Where does a guy go to pimp his webcomic around here now?

Through Creator Update

Ideally by updating their creator update through the dashboard - I just approved your claim WG so you shd be able to access it - go to your entry or to your user.php page. The most recent of those go on the front page and the most recent 25 go on the front Library page.

Also there's always the submit news for the front page...

And I think it'd be ok to do so in the general webcomics forum.

Well ignore the above now I'd say.  You're options are a little easier on the new Drupal-powered site:  First everyone has a "blog" at the site which is perfect for quick updates on your work or hyping events, etc.  You get a bump in the Latest Blog Posts box and we'll be trying to promote to or link to blogs from the front page. 

You can also talk about your work in the Coffee Haus or Webcomics forums.

 

Not too far off I will turn back to revitalizing the comixpedia.net services (portal and library) but I think for now you'll get better bang for your promotional typing here at comixpedia.com
