Create a "links to us" page with images that site owners can put up on their site, I am sure plenty of people using Comixpedia for exposure would not mind offering free links.

Here is an insane idea...create promotion project for comixpedia.org composed of volutneer marketers. Of course, it had to be done right so we don't get people mad.
