Here are some useful alt-codes for when you need to use special characters like ™ or © in your comics or newsposts. Hold down the Alt button while typing in the numeric code to create them. Keep in mind that special comic fonts (ie. Freeware Blambot) may not have special characters installed.

And yes, if you need to print symbols that aren't listed here you have to  use <a href="http://code.knopok.net/html-code.html">html codes for special characters</a>. They're cool ;)

on a laptop u need to turn on num lck and thn write down these number / letters

j=1   m=0   k=2   l=3   u=4   i=5   o=6   7=7   8=8   9=9  

now say u wantes to do the Ç  alt , u would hold the right hand alt on the keyboard

and seeing as the original alt for it was 0199 on a laptop ud write mj99,

thn let go of alt and u should have Ç come up on the screen.

i dont know of there is one anymore, as odd as that sounds i had it by copy and pasting. after i changed comps all i could see is a box with what looks like a 26 on top of a 06 inside it.

I see people use these keys all the time, but i dont know how to do it on a laptop. Does anyone know?

RE: Alt codes on a laptop, most laptops have the FN, or Function key. You'll notice some of your keys will have what ends up representing a NUMPAD on them. Hold FN+ALT and then hit those keys. It'll work for alt codes. It won't work for using it to type in individual numbers, though.

Yes their is, but you know peeps, all different Mac users also have the same characters just different keys I know them all by heart pretty much, really fun ^_^
