Rob Clark's entry

Rob Clark... wow! While he DOES pull the "opening panel is just a panel that we're watching on TV and has nothing to do with the story in progress" gambit that irks me, the whole thing is just so charming that I don't really mind by the end. And exploring the rest of his site... double yowza! Bunny and the Cantelope is awesome (even though I think its cantaloupe), and really does a great exploit of the infinite canvas.
THIS IS A MAN TO WATCH. Or maybe I'm just clueless and everybody's already watching him.
And now I want Rob Clark and Dave Bort to TEAM UP.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the very kind critique of my Fright Night entry and other comics. When I saw your previous post regarding a disdain for the 'opening panel just an alternate reality/dream/movie' approach, I thought I was surely in for a harsh critique. I'm glad that I managed to pull it off for you.
I should sell banner ad space on that comic to Depends. I'm sure I'd make a mint. ;)
I only wish I could take the credit for the lyrics on that - but I ran across those in a post on theForce.net. If anyone knows who authored them, please let me know as I'd love to give the person their just dues.
