I want to meet up with otehr cartoonist/writers in the Boston area who are SERIOUS about learning/critique/getting shit done!
Not looking to partner...just other cartoonist to bounce ideas with/learn from/hear experieces. I am a published cartoonist who is trying to make a full-time career out pf my work. More interested in political/humor development than fantasy/sci-fi. I'm currently trying for newspaper syndication.
I am not a freak nor web-serial-meet-up muderer. Not yet at least.
Just wanted to say I'm in the Boston area, but I don't create a webcomic. I just read 'em. Sorry!

Well, that doesn't help him very much, does it?
*hands Kelly a how to draw comics book* Start learnin'.
Er, thanks, but I've had around 10 years' worth of art lessons and I know for a fact that I'm not a particularly good cartoonist. Also, I don't really have much interest in creating a webcomic. AND, the kicker, if on the off-chance that I suddenly had a story to tell that had to be told as a comic, I wouldn't have much time to be the Features Editor here at ComixPedia, would I?
But I really like READING webcomics.

And this stops... how many people exactly? ^_^
(Well, it stops me long enough to have small, freaky fits every week or so. But not to kill the project. Keep it out of plain sight, of course...)
But, yeah.
