Does anyone know if you can set up bitpass content so that it CAN be downloaded from the server? So far, everything I've seen is made so you can't and I want my readers to be able to save the content... *Like for wallpapers and exclusive miniprints*

You can download Scott McClouds "The right number" after youve paid for it. And 01 comics only sells downloadable comics.
Hrm.. when I tried to download the 01 comics to save them, it didn't work. :P *Goes to doublecheck*
Hmm.. so it does allow them.. just that the 01 flash comics don't seem to be saveable.
Now.. to figure out how to get bitpass to WORK correctly.

We've got two different types of content at 01 comics. The online comics (which are NOT saveable) and the downloadables (self-contained executeable files which are designed TO BE saved).
So the answer, btw, to the initial question about whether or not the bitpass gateway can be configured to allow direct downloads ... is YES. The info on how to do it is probably somewhere in the "earner forums or faqs" at bitpass.com. Although as I recall the whole setup was pretty intuitive.
