To be blunt, yes of course. It's your website you can advertise whatever you want. Having said that how much will this benefit the musicians? If they're paying for this ad, hey, it's their money. If this is something your putting up to plug your favorite group is your target audience the most likely to respond to your ad and go see them?

I will advertise for any legal website on my website. Musician's would be just as welcome as anyone else. Of course, I am one myself.

Me and my prized possession, Thomas Dolby's Casio AZ-1 strap-on MIDI controller. This strap-on has given me more joy than any other strap-on in the world!

Well I advertise musicians on my links page, especially since I do poster/graphics design for some of them, so others probably do it as well.

How many other webcomic artists are musicians by the way? I know Hard from Sexy Losers is (plays guitar). Anyone besides me whose dayjob is in the music industry?
