If anything the girl's right leg (her right) looks a little odd below the knee.

Otherwise any idea on how you are going to present the actual words "stuff sucks"? As in terms of typography and layout?

The layout looks good, but to me at least, the writing reads kind of strange because reading from left to right and top to bottom the first thing you read is 'by Liz Groenveld' and only afterwards do you find out what it is that is by her... this problem could easily be solved simply by omitting the 'by' then it no longer even looks like a sentence so my brain doesn't try to interpret it as one and doesn't get confused... sorry I couldn't find a less confusing way to explain that...

Actually, I think it would work if you just left out the word "By" If you look at book covers, most simply have the author's name, coming either before or after the title. However, the word "by" does make it look like something should go before it. I'm not positive that it would work, but it's a possible fix.
