The links are still at the portal site and here's the link to the automotion sites/scripts listed.

I've recently played around with the Comicpress theme for Wordpress and I've previously used ATP.  Most recently I've returned to using Greg Stephen's awesome ZWOL script.  Not sure if Greg ever released that publicly though. (checks: nope don't see it there.)
