I can't tell if Scott is satirizing himself or is really pissed off. Is anyone else's sarcasm detector working? I think mine's broken.

I know we're all adults and we don't moderate the forums like some places but every now and then it seems like a particular thread seems to create a particularly bad cycle of discussion that spills over on the rest of the site. This maybe isn't there yet but I think the name-calling is getting a little vicious so I'm locking this thread. Besides this way the last page has Joe's picture of Shaenon/Helen on it!
I think everyone has had a chance to say they're piece but if there's more to be said start another thread.
