Somwhat webcomic related Broken Saints has apparently been picked up for DVD distribution by Fox Home Entertainment according to cnet news.
Not only does the article refer to it as "a graphic-novel-style fantasy epic" and "the groundbreaking Flash-animated program" it also has this little gem:

The original Web premiere of "Saints," in 2001, drew more than 5 million visitors and is credited with helping establish the Internet as a creative and pop cultural force.

One can only wonder why more people don't do this kind of "groundbreaking flash-animation" and if cnet is owned by Fox?
