I know the links page had a bunch of webcomics tools listed on it, but it does not load on my computer, so I hope you don't mind if I ask what you guys think the best Webcomic Manager would be for me.

I am looking for something easy to install and use, that generates a "random" link, and that lists comics on the archive page the same way they are here: http://www.nuklearpower.com/archive.php

And another question, do any of these scripts alter webpage layout at all? When I have looked the topic up, I have seen talk of templates, so I'm wondering.
