how to make a webcomic

hey, i'm new here. and i'm not so familiar with the internet stuffs.
after watching Superman Returns, i have picked up my drawing pens and have make some SR comic strips. therefore, i wanna make a webcomic for them.
i wonder how to do that? any help? anywhere is free?

 Yeah, ComicGenesis is a free host and a good community that can answer a lot of questions for you. But they don't allow you to do comics using characters that are owned by someone else. Stop by the ComicGenesis forums if you have any questions.
I suggest that you make your own comic, using your own characters. I'd look forward to seeing that.
