Harknell and Onezumi of the webcomic Stupid and Insane Defenders Against Chaos have just been asked by  Balticon to administer their webcomic track for this year's con. Unfortunately the con is coming up quickly (May 23rd-26th), and there is much to do. In particular we need webcomic people!
