Scripts for managing a database site.

Anyone know of any scripts I can install to automate the management of an online database? You know, do things like automatically sort links, make the site searchable, etcetera?

Do you mean like an browser-based way to use a database? most hosts will give you phpMyAdmin to administer a mysql db.
