The Mad Tea-Party Political Affiliation Test

jdalton's picture

As a publicity stunt this is a poor one, as the comic it is derived from is currently on holiday, but it's still good clean fun that only occasionally breaks out into an arguement about real politics. Basically, taking this test will determine which of the variously odd and confusing political or ethnic factions you would belong to if you were unfortunate enough to find yourself suddenly living in the future world of A Mad Tea-Party.

Take the test yourself and post your results here, why not? When I took the test I came out as a large blue alien from a world where ice never melts. Who knew?
You Are an Osmian.
You are a member of an ancient and powerful race of aliens. You believe in the supremacy of the 4,069 Creator Spirits, but also in the equality and value of all intelligent life. Your species' priest-governors have many enemies among the powerful star-faring races like the Calendi and Vourasq, but many allies among the weaker races who are keen to learn the secrets of your technology, like the humans of Earth. You are happy to share what you have. All the petty politics on Earth seems a bit beneath you. But maybe it's just hard to understand a species from a world where ice exists primarily in its liquid state.

You Are a Nisei Genie.
Your parents were test tube super-soldiers who maintain a keen interest in interstellar politics, but you're just an ordinary person with a few genetic... "anomalies" who finds all this talk of political extremism and alien interference a bit tiresome. The old generation is out of touch- it will be up to you to find a way to fit in to mainstream society. You'll never outrun the past- it's hardwired into your designer genes- but I'd say the first step is to get out of that gated community your parents keep you in and get out into the real world for a change.
