Award-winning humor writer launches webcomic


After a few years away from the drawing board, award-winning witer John Platt (that'd be me) has launched Plattitudes, a new webcomic featuring a variety of single-panel gags. Inside, you'll find cartoons about monsters, mayhem and madness -- or just something odd now and again.

R.O.M.B.I.E. - Robot with a Zombie Brain


This is a new comic strip that Brad Pascual (Artist) and I (Troy Stith - Writer) will be releasing on a weekly basis. The name basically describes the premise of our main character Rombie and the strips will follow him through his daily life. We debuted last week with two strips and we added a new one yesterday (2/11/08) Monday will be our regular release date now that we've started up. Attached is the newest strip and if you want to check out more follow the weblink in my profile.

Animated film director Chris Sanders starts new webcomic


Animation director Chris Sanders, who collaborated with Dean DeBlois to write and direct Disney's Lilo and Stitch, has started a webcomic, Kiskaloo. The new strip started on December 31st and will run weekly in Sanders' blog. Ryan Estrada gives some more background information on the comic.

A Bold New Era for the PC Weenies!


Kicking off the new year, Krishna M. Sadasivam is proud to announce the launch of PC Weenies v2.0 - at pcweenies.net. Effective immediately, pcweenies.org will serve as an archive, housing the first 9 years of comics.

New daily comic from "Narbonic" creator Shaenon K. Garrity


Shaenon K Garrity, creator of Narbonic, has started a new daily webcomic, drawn by her and co-written by her and Jeffrey Channing Wells. Skin Horse began on December 31st, 2007, and will run six days a week with sketches on Sunday. Jeffrey Wells includes some more detail in his blog.
