Not Webcomics
Presenting the Zoomquilt!
Submitted by Th'_Mole on March 27, 2005 - 02:33
Actually, it may be a webcomic after all... sort of. Check out Zoomquilt.
The images are not juxtiposed using traditional methods. Zoom in, zoom out, it doesn't matter which direction you go because it's all one big loop!
Lil Goats

For anyone who has been reading Goats as long as I have, well, there's a next generation among us now. Phillip and his wife Lauren are the proud parents of a baby girl, Ebba.
Congrats!
Mars Attacks... Your Website!!!
Submitted by Xaviar Xerexes on March 26, 2005 - 18:29
This just cracked me up - a site that lets you "launch" attacks on a website (no actual harm to the website though). Dinosaurs, floods, meteors - you name it!
Here you can see me accidentally spilling coffee on Comixpedia.

Why don't they check your signature on when you sign a credit card receipt? Maybe they shouldn't even bother with requiring a signature anymore - Zug put this theory to the test in this piece, complete with pictures of ridiculous signatures from his prank. (An earlier credit card prank is a funny read too.)

Giant Steps by Michael Levy

This 1981 2001 animation by Michael Levy to Coltraine music is cool. And it's from 1981. Wow.
Not a webcomic, of course :)
Dumbrella's Forums Hacked
Submitted by Liriel on March 8, 2005 - 05:25
As announced in the Dumbrella Blog: Hooray For Jerks
And while it's still a mess in the Dumbrella forums, they aren't the the only folks hit lately.
DrunkDuck was hit, and reportedly Sarah Zero's forums also got hacked (though everything seems to look okay there right now).
Really the point of this is that if you have a phpBB forum that is anything less then version 2.0.13 then you need to upgrade it right away!
Third Base!
Submitted by Xaviar Xerexes on March 7, 2005 - 13:10
This gem from McSweeney's is the only reworking of Abbot and Costello's famous "Who's On First?" routine that I've encountered that seems not only funny as a homage, but a truly inspired bit on its own.
Absolutely no connection to webcomics, just wanted to pass on something that made me laugh crazy-silly this morning.

Sarcastic Super Villian Motivational Posters

These posters are pretty funny - you gotta love the one with DarkseidThanos saying "Success: Your Smile is The Key to Universal Domination".
