WEBCOMIC GROUP - anyone know how to get into a good one?
Submitted by jhorsley3 on December 17, 2007 - 14:23
So I've been noticing that webcomics that are part of a webcomic group tend to do a little better then if they where stand alo Bringing in the readers from the other comics in the group. I was wondering if anyone has a gorup looking for an addition or any ideas of which group would be good to join or hell even starting a group.

Define what your idea of "good" is. Most groups end up being nothing more than a collection of comics linking back and forth to each other without offering much else. Most of those groups are usually easy to get into.
If a comics collective has any clout at all, they usually hold "auditions" when a spot opens up and you toss your name into the hat.

I guess the later. I doubt I could ever pass an 'audition' since I don't do what is considered 'PC' and I don't post consistantly, just when I have time due to work and family (three kids are a handful)
I guess really what I want is a collective with link sharing so when I do post a strip, people can see.
