John Hartzell’s single-panel clip art webcomic “Cliptoons” has joined forces with Rob Balder’s self-syndicated clip art strip “PartiallyClips.” Both comics are now hosted at the same domain, with PartiallyClips updating on Sundays and Thursdays, and Cliptoons updating each Tuesday.
