“The Mansion of E” reaches 500 strips

Robert Cook’s Keenspace-based webcomic The Mansion of E has reached the “500 strips drawn” milestone.

For those who haven’t visited before, this daily CG comic details the lives and adventures of the inhabitants of the titular Mansion, a disturbingly vast and rambling structure which is perched high on a cliff overlooking a very Specific Ocean. The heroine of the story is new arrival Rosemary Ripley, a youngish human woman who is very adept at upsetting established orders, but the plot proudly matches the locale, with a cast-list rapidly heading towards triple digits, and much wandering and painstakingly-crafted digressions.
