More on Cafe Press’ Print On Demand Service June 20, 2003Xaviar Xerexes 5 Comments Ninth Art has an essay on Cafe Press’ upcoming print-on-demand service. Sinfest is already using Cafe Press for printing it’s first book.
I have yet to see any place on Cafepress’s site that allows you to put together books. Is it only for Premium Members or what?
About a couple of weeks or so ago, CafePress began a beta-test of this system; they took 100 authors to try it out. I’m guessing that Sinfest managed to be part of that 100.
They’ve been dragging their feet for two months on this now.
Um, FYI, Sinfest didn’t print with CP. At least, word on “the street” is that Tat printed it elsewhere and is just distributing it through his CP store for the sake neatness.
It’s true. I got a copy of the book here and it was printed by another publisher and sold through CP’s Corporate Program.
