Hans Bjordahl’s Bugbash links to Off Panel Productions which proclaims that it “is dedicated to helping niche comic artists publish their work online and make money doing it. We aim to bring comics to communities that have never had them, all while giving the artist unprecedented ownership and creative control.”
Besides Bug Bash and it’s focus on IT, OPP also features on its roster ok/cancel which is also IT-ish, parry & carney which focuses on paleobiology and will write for chocolate which covers freelance writing. More details on the website but it certainly might be an opportunity for those with webcomics focused on a specific niche or community.
