The Mighty Mini Con website gets GAAK’d!

Beginning with the third chapter, the sci-fi adventure webcomic G.A.A.K: Groovy Ass Alien Kreatures, will invade the Mighty Mini Con forum (registration required) with brand spankin’ new weekly updates.

GAAK, created by writer Darryl Hughes and artist Monique MacNaughton, tells the story of an invasion of a small suburban town by aliens from outer space, their fiendish plot to conquer the earth and meet the original cast of “Star Trek”, and the group of 6th grade misfits who set out to save the world before bedtime.

The Mighty Mini Con and its forum were founded by Rick Olney, the person behind the comics association ORCA. Dubbing himself “The World’s #1 GAAKster”, Olney has been a supporter of GAAK and its creators from their very beginnings. Commenting about the comic, Olney has said, “There was Herobear and the Kid, Amelia Rules!, and now — GAAK!”.
