U.N.A. Frontiers, part of the Graphic Smash lineup, commemorates its first print collection with a launch party on November 25th, 7:30 at Molly’s Coffee House, 554 Queen St., Fredericton, New Brunswick. The author and a couple of copies will be on hand, as well as original art from the novel.
U.N.A. Frontiers is a post-apocalyptic epic set 300 years post-war, portraying the conflict between the remnants of high technology and a world largely reduced to 19th century conditions. The collision between these worlds changes all the rules of engagement, whether in love, friendship, or war. The first three chapters were previously published in the Strange Adventures print anthology in the early 90’s, and UNAF made its debut as a webcomic in the fall of 2003, joining Graphic Smash in August 2004. The first volume collects the first nine chapters of the sci-fi saga.
